Our annual Client Satisfaction Survey is a key component of our commitment to continuous improvement and your response is therefore critical. As such, we hope you will be able to help us again this year. The survey will launch on 20th April this year and will run until 16th May 2018
Why do we do the Client Satisfaction survey?
We want to ensure that the service we offer best fits the needs of our clients. Our client satisfaction survey allows us to collect honest feedback which we then take on board when developing our business.
Who are Accelerator Solutions Limited?
We have asked an external specialist in client service, Accelerator Solutions Limited, to conduct the survey. Accelerator is an independent research partner. All surveys undertaken by Accelerator Solutions Limited comply with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, and also with the Data Protection Act 1998. This is so your feedback remains anonymous.
Someone else in my team has received the request to answer the survey. Is it ok reply as well?
Absolutely. We will may be sending the survey to several people in your team. We would like everyone to complete this individually if at all possible, rather than collate responses.
What if I haven't received an invite to complete the survey?
Please check with your Client Relationship Manager who will be able to help you get access to the survey if needed.
When does the survey close?
The survey will close on 16th May 2018.
