Director of Client Relations, US
As Director of Client Relations, David is responsible for leading and overseeing all Client Relations Managers (CRMs) as well as the entire US team. This includes strategic planning to achieve acquisition targets and providing insight, training, and leadership to the CRMs to achieve these.
Prior to leading the sales team, David was one of the first Client Relations Managers to be hired for IDP USA in 2009. In these early days, he worked to establish IDP’s US presence by leading its initial portfolio development and representing IDP at conferences around the country. David possesses extensive experience working with colleges and universities across the country and is understanding of their business needs. Prior to IDP, he spent three years with CampusDoor/Lehman Brothers Bank as a university representative in their private student lending division. David is a graduate of Shippensburg University, where he earned his degree in finance.
Client Relations Manager
With over 13 years of experience in the education and technology sectors, Ayanna is constantly sharing creative ways to engage the dynamic environment of international education. Her background includes a number of global posts held such as English Language Instructor (Japan), Global Account Manager (US) and Partner Relations Manager (Canada).
Earlier in her career, Ayanna supported the implementation of large-scale computerized testing systems across five continents for government agencies, private organizations and non-profit institutions.
Over the past five years, Ayanna has focused her expertise in the field of international student recruitment. This work is centered on developing partnerships with higher-education institutions and assisting them with strategic planning in order to reach their enrollment goals. She has earned a BA in Journalism from Washington and Lee University and a certificate in Japanese language from Cornell University.
Client Relations ManagerValeriana (Val) Daily joined IDP in April 2015 a Client Relations Manager. Val brings 4 years experience of working in international recruitment at Full Sail University where her main role was to build and manage their agency network. She has also been an active member of AIRC, being one of the leads in developing their white paper on Best Practices in International Recruitment. She serves clients within the southeastern region of the US as well as parts of New York and Texas and she manages the network relationship between the US CRT and Taiwan, South Korea, and China.
Originally from Milan in Italy, Val now lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband and children. Prior to her involvement in international student recruitment, Val worked many years for one of the world-renowned working environments for customer service, the Disney Corporation, which allowed her to gain great experience in customer service.
Client Relations ManagerRyan Fleming joined IDP Education as a Client Relations Manager in May 2015. As a CRM based in Akron, Ohio, Ryan serves a client portfolio that extends from Massachusetts to Oregon, concentrated in the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions. He travels frequently to the IDP USA office in Philadelphia and to visit clients and prospects within his territory in support of client acquisition and management goals. He also manages the network relationship between the US CRT and India.
Ryan brings several years of university experience to IDP, having worked previously as a Senior Advisor for International Student & Scholar Services with Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish degree from the SUNY University at Buffalo.
Client Relations Manager
Jake is our newest CRM and is based in the Philadelphia office. He will be in charge of a portfolio that will cover parts of the Atlantic Coast, parts of the Midwest, and select schools on the West Coast. He also manages several relationships between the US CRT and the network.
Originally from Portland, OR, Jake has been in the international education field since 2012 when he moved to Bangkok, Thailand to work as an Inbound Program Coordinator for Overseas Ed Group. Since moving back to the USA, Jake served as the International Admissions and Recruitment Assistant at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, OR where he processed admissions, taught ESL and worked with student recruiting agent contracts. He later served as a Program Leader to Thailand and Vietnam for the World Learning high school program the Experiment in International Living.
Jake holds a B.A. in Film from the University of Colorado and an M.A. in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. He recently completed a graduate practicum internship with the American International Recruitment Council in Washington D.C.
Human Resources Manager
Coryndi joined the team as the Human Resource Management in September 2016. Prior to her starting at IDP, she was the Assistant Director of Human Resource at Rowan College at Gloucester County, New Jersey. Coryndi holds a M.S.M. in Human Resource Management and has been in the field for 5 years. She has a passion to inspire employees and students to succeed. She looks forward to being a part of the growth of IDP Education.
Client Relations Coordinator
Anuttra started as a Client Relations Coordinator in September 2015. She is a native of Bangkok, Thailand, and prior to joining IDP she was a student at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, where she obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics and a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL).
Anuttra’s role is to support the US CRT by creating reports and analyzing all relevant client related data. She also manages a portfolio of ESL programs, drafts detailed conditional admission documents that delineate specific curriculum and program differences between ESL providers, and articulates those differences to our counselor network.
Basil is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he worked as a student assistant at Penn's International Student and Scholar Services. As a student at UPenn, Basil studied Psychology but his main interest lays within Marketing. His passion for marketing comes from his passion to help people, as he believes that the role of marketing is to inform people of services that improve quality of life.
Basil is very excited to join IDP, and he is looking to expand and offer a more diverse experience for students around the globe.
