ACAP has been specializing in human behavior since 1983, the institute has been teaching applied psychology and helping to prepare the students to change lives, to make a difference. It?s team of experienced academics and industry professionals are committed to delivering a practical learning environment and the latest in work practices and industry developments. The college provides a distinctive educational experience based on hands-on learning. Whether the students want to build more effective communication and team management skills or get the qualifications they need to practice as a counsellor, psychologist, youth worker, social worker, case worker or coach, the aim is to produce graduates who can take the skills they learn at ACAP and apply them immediately in the workforce.

ACAP offers specialist courses in counselling, psychology, coaching, social science, and social work and case management. It is a registered higher education provider and a nationally registered training organization. The Psychology degrees are accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council and the higher education counselling degrees are accredited by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

The Students can choose to study on campus at one of their centrally located city campuses, by online delivery or both. Whichever they choose, their support team will provide them with the necessary academic and personal support throughout the studies to achieve the goals.

A lot of administrative problems. I don’t feel supported by the school. I understand that they may not have been prepared for the volume of international students and as such, has not made the student experience appropriate for my cohort.

I got depressed due to fatigue at work and school because for I had to work hard to pay for my tuition and at the same time study harder to pass all my subjects.
