Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Fellowship

As a ROMBA Fellow, you'll receive financial support along with access to unique opportunities, including a fellowship leadership retreat, complimentary registration for ROMBA events, and exclusive networking and professional development resources. Additionally, we provide a travel stipend to attend the fellowship leadership retreat North America in July 2025.

Recipients of this award will also take on a leadership role within the LGBTQ+ Careers Club and represent the School as part of the Student Ambassador Scheme. In this capacity, you'll actively promote LGBTQ+ participation in MBA education and advocate for equality within the Imperial community and beyond.

Applicants are expected to have a First Class or Distinction Masters level degree, or equivalent, in a relevant scientific or technical discipline, such as computer science, mathematics or engineering. Applicants should also meet the minimum requirement as outlined in the Imperial College guidance on qualifications. Applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English. Good team-working, observational and communication skills are essential. Experience in one or more of the following areas is desired: machine learning, deep learning, mathematical modelling, and software engineering.
