Eligibility & selection criteria:
- Full-time graduate students registered in a Master's or Doctoral program in the department of Chemical Engineering.
- Selection to be based on scholastic excellence (minimum 80% average).
- The goal is that this scholarship be given in conjunction with major external awards that require a matching or enhancement component. For example, the scholarship funds could be matched 2:1 by the Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) program as long as this program is in effect.
- If the match or enhancement becomes unavailable or a suitable recipient cannot be found, the funds will be paid out as a regular graduate scholarship.
- The department of Chemical Engineering will identify candidates and normally select recipients in the Spring term.
