Eligibility & selection criteria:
Students who will be registered full-time in the first term of their program.
Selection will be made based on the student's application for admission to the program a specific award application is not required.
Students must have a minimum cumulative average of 80% upon admission to the program.
The Associate Chair, Graduate Studies and the Awards Subcommittee of the Statistics and Actuarial Graduate Committee, will make the selection annually in July.
Award description:
Scholarships, valued at CAN $1,000, will be awarded annually to select students entering the Master of Mathematics (MMath) program in Statistics and Actuarial Science. Selection will be made based on the candidate's application for admission to the program. Candidates must have a minimum cumulative average of 80% upon admission to the program and intend to register full-time in the program.
