This scholarship is designed to support international students from eligible countries to enrol in our Integrated English program. Scholarship recipients must choose to study for a minimum of 15 weeks and up to a maximum of 45 weeks. The scholarship is available for courses commencing up until to the final intake starting on 9 November 2026.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold a passport from Ghana, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam or an eligible country in Europe^ or Latin America*.
- Minimum English Language Proficiency equivalence of IELTS 3.5 (no band below 3.5).
- Have not received another scholarship, tuition fee reduction or rebate from UQ or UQC.
- Have not received a full scholarship/sponsorship from another organisation (partial scholarships/ sponsorships will be considered at UQC's discretion).
- Must be willing to participate in marketing activities including videos, social media posts and testimonials to promote UQ College.
Students must apply for the Integrated English Program and nominate the number of weeks they would like to study. If eligible this scholarship will be automatically awarded.
