20Twenty Leadership & Management Course - PgC - CMI Level 7

The 20 Twenty professional Leadership & Management qualification at Cardiff Met is designed specifically for large organisations and SMEs. The overall aim of the management training programme is to promote sustainable business growth by developing the critical leadership, business and management skills that employees need to meet the formidable expansion challenges facing businesses throughout the UK. More than 1,500 Welsh business have benefited from the programme so far, with more than 90 percent reporting an increase in sales turnover, employment, productivity and profits.
