Diploma of Engineering (UniLink) (8 months)

Study engineering to learn about practices and principles that fix real world problems. You’ll gain knowledge about social, economic and environmental design strategies. You'll learn how to do this as an individual and as part of a team.

Discover how to make evaluations and calculations when designing and planning an engineering project. Get broad knowledge of material analysis, kinematics and sustainable practices. Develop practical skills in critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.

Successful completion of Australian Year 12 (or equivalent).

English language requirements

Satisfactory completion of one of the following: Swinburne University's ELICOS program: English for Academic Purposes EAP 4 Upper Intermediate, with overall 65% and all skills 60% or above; IELTS (Academic Module): Overall 5.5 with no individual band below 5.0; TOEFL iBT (internet-based) score 50 (no less than 5 in reading, 5 in listening, 14 in speaking, 15 in writing); Pearson (PTE) minimum score of 42 (no communicative skill less than 36).
