There are two different entry pathways to the Master of Construction Project Management/Master of Property and Development. Which program you apply for will depend on whether you are eligible to undertake an accelerated program. Your eligibility is based on the depth of your prior experience and how closely it relates to the disciplines.
The entry requirements for each iteration of the program are:
2.5 years full-time 108 Units of Credit (UOC)
A bachelor degree with a credit average in a related field OR
A bachelor degree in any field with a credit average plus three years construction industry experience at a managerial level OR
Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management and Graduate Certificate in Property and Development with a credit average
2 years full-time, accelerated program 84 Units of Credit (UOC)
An undergraduate honours degree with a credit average in a related field OR
An undergraduate honours degree with a credit average in an unrelated field plus 3 years construction industry experience at a managerial level OR
A masters degree with a credit average in a related field
