Associate of Arts in Artificial Intelligence

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) AAS degree is awarded for successful completion of a planned program of study designed to respond to the need for specialized skills in workforce AI. Based on guidelines from Intel, students will be introduced to major topics in AI including machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. A required capstone project will serve as a culminating academic and intellectual experience for students.

This program is open to all students with a high school diploma or GED and the desire to succeed in college. Although admission is open, students accepted into the program must meet the academic standards of the program to advance to upper levels of study. As a first year student, you will need to take the placement test. This test does not affect your admission; however, the results are essential for your proper placement into classes. You must complete the placement test before you may register for English or mathematics courses. All placement tests are given free of charge.

English test score requirements: ELS - 112 Graduation; IELTS - 6.0 Overall minimum of 5.5 on each section; PTE - 46; TOEFL - 66 iBT minimum of 15 on each section; Duolingo - 95; Cambridge - 169 minimum, Recommended exam: C1 Advanced.
