MSt (Res) in Geography and Sustainable Development - Population and health

MSc (Res) and MSt (Res), these are one-year programmes examined by a 30,000-word thesis. Part-time options are also available. The Population and Health Research Group is one of the largest groups in the UK researching the geographies of population, health and housing. The group collaborates actively with colleagues in the UK and internationally in disciplines throughout the social and medical sciences.

Prospective students with a 1st class or 2.1 degree in Geography or a related discipline can be considered for entry into the School's postgraduate programmes. All applications must include the required supplementary documentation before a decision can be made. This varies by programme but includes: CV or résumé. This should include your personal details with a history of your education and employment to date. A research proposal. A sample of academic written work in English.
