Minimum ATAR 45 equivalent (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank) or interstate or overseas equivalent; OR
Minimum 4 HSC Subjects ≥ 70% (or equivalent); OR
Minimum 3 HSC Subjects ≥ 75% (or equivalent).
ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS
To gain entry into the Diploma of Business (2 Session) you also need to meet the following requirements:
IELTS Academic 6.0 (min 5.5 in Reading and Writing) or equivalent completed in the last two years; or
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS COMPLETED IN ENGLISH: Applicants may be considered as meeting the English language requirement if successfully completing two (2) years of secondary or tertiary study at an approved institution where:
the language of instruction was English; and
the institution is located in a country where the official language is English.
Academic transcripts and an official letter from the institution certifying that English was the sole language of instruction and assessment must be provided. Previous study in English is considered on a case-by-case basis and does not automatically meet UOW's English language requirement.
The following citizenships may be considered for an English language waiver under the above guideline: Bahamas, Barbados, Canada, Fiji, Ireland, Jamaica, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Tonga, Trinidad & Tobago, UK, USA.
