Studying abroad is a huge step - exciting, a little scary, and full of moments that can change your life. That’s exactly why IDP and Flywire created the Fly Higher Award: to give international students a boost just when they need it the most.
This year, more than 2,000 students from 27 countries participated and shared their stories and goals for the future. Their creativity, determination, and hope shone through every entry. From newspaper-style essays and animated social videos to heartfelt stories of communities gathering to support a student’s dream, our panel of IDP judges were blown away by the quality. With so much talent and passion on display, selecting the winners was certainly not easy.
From this incredible pool, 50 students were awarded USD $3,000 each to support their study-abroad journey. Whether it helps with tuition, settling in, or easing the stress of moving countries, this award is all about helping students focus on what truly matters: thriving in their new chapter.
