St. Lawrence College (SLC) offers more than 55 study programs covering a range of subject areas at apprenticeship, certificate, diploma and degree level. Full-time, part-time, and fast-track delivery options are available.
SLC is located in the province of Ontario, Canada. It has three campuses across the region which include Kingston, Brockville and Cornwall. These campuses together form a warm and welcoming academic community, which is located within the Thousand Islands area along the St. Lawrence River.
All campuses are located just a short journey from major Canadian cities including Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa – and are the perfect place for students to explore the communities and cultures of Canada and the province of Ontario.

The college also has an agreement with Queens University in Kingston, to offer English as a Second Language courses. Learners are able to study on the Queen's campus while enrolled as a full-time SLC student with a conditional offer to an academic program.
This allows students to learn in person in Kingston, as they adjust to a new city and gain an immersive English Language experience in Canada.
Students must meet the academic requirements and prerequisites for their chosen study program. International equivalents to the detailed Canadian prerequisites are accepted.

St. Lawrence College is committed to welcoming a diverse range of students from around the world and supports this through an excellent array of English language programs alongside its regular academic offerings.
Courses at the college are delivered in English. In order to attain entry, applicants must therefore have a specific level of understanding in English that allows them to understand the college's instructors and be able to understand the technical language used during the classes of their chosen subject area.
The proficiency requirements for applicants may vary according to the program selected, and the level at which it is being studied. In most cases the English language requirement is as follows:
Other equivalent qualifications are also accepted. There are a number of certification bodies from which the college accepts test results. Results should be from within the last two years.
For students with insufficient competency for their chosen academic course, the college offers a variety of specialist English language and preparatory courses.
At all campuses, students benefit from modern, inspiring learning spaces, including cutting-edge classrooms, high-tech labs, a range of study spaces and state-of-the-art equipment and learning resources to augment the study experience. The library houses an extensive array of books and study materials.

Every residence option across the three campuses offers fully furnished suites that provide single or double occupancy. There are also common areas for socialising and studying across all residences, alongside easy access to laundry services, computer labs, catering and dining, and library services.

The scholarship will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to applicants who submit their applications earliest, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
In September 2026, SLC will be offering two new study programs, both open to international students.
