IELTS

Examination Services Assistant (Administrative Role)

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of examination services, including data entry & data management, test invigilation, handling candidate registration and enquires as well as providing marketing and other clerical support to the office.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or Degree holder with at least 1 year’s work experience

  • Proactive, well-organized, customer-oriented, ability to work independently and on tight schedules

  • Reliable team player with good communication and presentation skills

  • Competency in software application

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Examination invigilation on Saturdays / Sundays is required

IELTS Business Development Senior Officer / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans and implement growth strategies to achieve IELTS revenue goals

  • Promote IDP IELTS services and provide support to key partners: schools, universities, languages schools and agents

  • Identify market opportunities through research, meetings, networking and other channels, then liaise with IELTS Manager to establish strategies

  • Meet existing and potential clients to foster positive relationships to achieve business goals

  • Partner with marketing team on content development on website and social media platforms to meet monthly sales goal

  • Propose and execute social media and marketing campaigns to drive the IELTS business

  • Assist in events, seminars and other business-related activities to IELTS test takers and public

  • Train and work closely with Education Consultants to drive multiple business priorities

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Communications or related disciplines

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Business / Sales / Client Relationship Management

  • Preferably experienced in Education industry

  • Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills in English and Chinese

  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Good team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and independent

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

  • Able to work on some Saturdays / Sundays

The incumbent will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations and preparing accounting schedules for month-end & year-end closing.

Job Duties

  • Reconcile bank and online transaction

  • Prepare invoice and payment

  • Review the daily transaction via P2P system

  • Assist payroll processing

  • Support timely financial report including month-end closing schedule

  • Report to the Finance Manager and assist in the preparation of full set of accounting records and accounting matters

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma /Associate Degree in Accounting or related disciplines

  • Self-motivated, well organized, independent, responsible and good communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel. Experiences in using accounting system such as Oracle and SAP are preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good command of written English

  • Minimum of 3 years accounting experience

  • Preparation of accounting schedules

  • Supporting month-end closing activities

  • Filing and clerical works

Job Requirements

  • Matriculated, with LCCI higher level or equivalent

  • At least 2-3 years relevant experiences

  • Organised and be able to work as a team

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Good PC and spreadsheet skills

  • Knowledge of Oracle system will be an advantage

  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Student Placement

Education Sales Consultant (UK/ Australia/ Canada)

A fantastic opportunity within our counsellor team to provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations. The role will be using the skills to offer impartial advice to our customers, matching their needs, and turn them into study and career plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and quality counselling service to students/parents who wish to study in Australia / UK / Canada

  • Follow up leads and enquiries on student applications and pre-departure issues

  • Support marketing activities in education exhibitions, school visits, seminars, and day-to-day operations in promoting overseas education

  • Build and establish a strong rapport with parents & students by providing relevant information and assistance as required

  • Be the ambassador for both the student and universities, offering all the services which IDP provides

Job Requirements

  • Australia / UK / Canada graduate or local graduate with study exchange/living/working experience in the Australia / UK / Canada, and preferably with at least 1 year working experience in customer service or sales

  • Self-motivated and passionate in education services

  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Achievement oriented and customer service orientation

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Attention in details and providing high quality of work

  • Experience in working with CRM system is a plus

Administrative Assistant/Officer (Student Services)

The incumbent not only assisting the general administrative duties, but also supporting the submission of applications to overseas institutions, obtaining offers, and facilitating enrolments, and providing visa information and assistance to international students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visa information and assistance to international students

  • General administrative duties and to support in education exhibitions, seminars, and day-to-day operations on all aspects of marketing and promoting overseas education.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least two years customer service work experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome

  • Proactive, well-organized and attention to details

  • Self-motivated and passionate in education services

  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in working with CRM system will be a plus

Customer Services Assistant / Officer (Contact Centre) (4-month Contract)

The position aims to provide a complete customer engagement experience to potential and existing customers through inbound/outbound calls, online chats and social media channels to support enquiries on Student Placement and/or IELTS.You will be the forefront for the IDP brand, as you will be the first human connection that the customer will make with IDP. The focus is to create a great experience by offering our knowledge about Student Placement and/or IELTS to ensure customers get the right information so that they can meet our counsellors or take an IELTS test through us with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confidently, politely and professionally make warm and "cold calls" to prospective customer leads to qualify opportunities for the student placement education consultants;

  • Contact new and existing customers in alignment to IDP campaigns, events, lead generation, appointment setting and general customer service tasks;

  • Respond to online chat answering questions regarding study, IELTS and related services;

  • Monitor and respond to social channels answering queries IDP and its services;

  • Nurture existing leads through ongoing outbound calling campaign to maintain effective relationships between our customers and IDP;

  • Maintain the accuracy of IDP's CRM including updating all customer details where possible

  • Demonstrate commitment to IDP's values and quality and compliance standards in everyday workplace operations;

  • Encourage a team environment which facilitates cooperation and knowledge sharing and enables high performance.

Job Requirements

  • A relevant Degree holder

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • 1 to 2 years' sales or customer service experience

  • Experience in managing enquiries from online chat and social media platforms

  • Ability to confidently and professionally make warm and "cold calls" to customer

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers over the phone, effectively deal with objections

  • Excellent listening skills to actively listen to customers and interpret their needs

  • Be comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds

  • Proficiency in Mandarin desirable
