Emory University is a top ranked private institution recognized internationally for it’s outstanding liberal arts colleges, graduate and professional schools. It is one of the world's leading health care systems. It offers academic degrees and programs through nine schools, including more than 70 undergraduate choices and dozens of graduate and professional specialties. The academic year is divided into two semesters, plus a summer term.
The university’s main campus is located in the suburban Atlanta neighbourhood of Druid Hills. It is about a 15 minute drive from the downtown, Midtown and Buck head areas.
