AUT International Student Accommodation Scholarship

Eligible applications will be assessed against strategic priorities, and offers will be made in order of acceptance until 90 places are filled.

Applicants must complete the AUT International Student Accommodation Scholarships Application and upload: • Current and valid conditional or unconditional offer to study at AUT commencing Semester Two 2026. • Their AUT student ID in the box provided on the application form.

Applicants must: • Be full-fee-paying international students (i.e., not citizens, permanent residents, or resident visa holders of New Zealand or Australia). • Be new to AUT or new to programme with a current, valid, conditional or unconditional offer to study full time (minimum of 120 points) commencing in Semester Two 2026. • Applicants enrolled in AUT-approved pathway or bridging programmes of fewer than 120 points, who intend to progress into an undergraduate degree at AUT, will be deemed to meet the full-time enrolment requirement for the purposes of this scholarship. • Agree to enter into a Residential Contract to live at Te Āhuru Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation for the 20 week scholarship period covering 27 June to 14 November 2026. • If awarded the scholarship, accept their Offer of Place and pay full tuition fees as per the pro-forma invoice.
