To be eligible applicants must fulfil at least one of the following criteria:
- have attended secondary school/college in Wales and/or
- be normally resident in Wales.
These bursaries are available to UK students who have applied for and go on to enrol on an eligible BA degree in the area of English Literature and/or Creative Writing offered by the School of Arts, Culture and Languages at Bangor University. Successful students will receive a single bursary award, payable in their first year of study only. Eligible students:
- Must commence their BA degree at Bangor University in September 2026 in a participating English Literature/Creative Writing degree* offered within the School of Arts Cultures and Languages
- Must be enrolled FT or PT on a participating course
- Will have attended secondary school/college and/or be resident in Wales.
