This scholarship is available for students joining Cardiff University in September 2026.
Overseas fee-paying applicants who meet the terms and conditions will be eligible for awards of £3,500 unless they are domiciled in the countries listed below, where the award will be £5,000:
- India
- Kenya
- Pakistan
- Turkey
- UAE
- USA
Qualifying criteria
To be awarded a Vice-Chancellor's Undergraduate International Scholarship, you must:
- submit your application to the University by 30 June 2026.
- accept your offer by your UCAS deadline and make Cardiff University your firm choice.
- meet all the offer conditions, including any English Language conditions as stated in your offer by 31 August 2026.
- meet the original admissions criteria for your programme.
Applicants who do not meet their offer conditions and original admissions criteria (where applicable) will not be eligible for the scholarship, even if they are accepted into the University.
