Specific Requirements
- Must be a professing Christian
- Submit two letters of recommendation (pastor and teacher)
- Complete an interview with DBU staff
- Live in DBU housing and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Enroll in the Christian Leadership Course during the first year
- Serve 18 hours per semester in community service
The International Undergraduate Christian Leadership Scholarship is available to students who have demonstrated significant Christian leadership.
Open To
New undergraduate international students who have already received the Christian Service Scholarship.
Scholarship Amount
The International Undergraduate Christian Leadership Scholarshipis valued up to $3,000 per academic year for qualifying students. The International Undergraduate Christian Leadership Scholarship is limited to eight full-time semesters, is applicable to tuition charges only, and is reviewed annually.
Maintaining this Scholarship
- Students must reside in on-campus housing.
- Students must be enrolled full-time in an on-campus program.
- Students must meet all components of Satisfactory Academic Progress.
The International Christian Leadership Scholarship requires an interview and two letters of recommendation, one of which must be from a church, and the other from a teacher. You can contact your international admissions counselor or the CLS Office for details on how to complete this scholarship. The Christian Leadership Scholarship may be used for tuition only.
