be a citizen of one of the countries identified
be an international student (not an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen)
study onshore at ECU Joondalup, ECU Mount Lawley, ECU City Campus or ECU South West (Bunbury) Campus
meet ECU's entry requirements for the course and commence study onshore at ECU, Western Australia in Semester One and Two, 2026
