Who's it for: Cornish residents applying for part-time, online master's courses in academic year 2026/27.
As a commitment to the creative growth and development of our local community, Falmouth University is offering a bursary to Cornish residents equal to 30% of the total tuition fee applicable at the time of enrolment. This bursary can be applied to any online, part-time master's degree starting in academic year 2026/2027 including September 2026, January 2027 or May 2027.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be a resident of Cornwall at the time of application. (See definition of ‘resident of Cornwall'.)
- For the purposes of this bursary, ''Cornwall'' is defined as the geographic area administered by Cornwall Council and the Council of the Isles of Scilly.
- Students must enrol onto an online postgraduate master's degree at Falmouth University this offer does not extend to any other on-campus or online degrees run by Falmouth University or our partners.
- Applicants must be a new postgraduate student at Falmouth University commencing their studies in academic year 2026/2027 which includes starting in September 2026, January 2027 and May 2027.
- Applicants must be entering directly into Study Block 1 in the first year of the course.
- Applications who defer to the academic year 2027/28 will not currently be considered.
- Final decisions on eligibility, including residency status, rest with the University and will be made reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the University's discretion.
