FIC Future Leader Scholarship

Scholarships will be awarded based on a comprehensive assessment of:

• Academic results and achievements
• Educational and career objectives
• The quality and sincerity of the application
• The potential impact of the scholarship on the student's ability to begin their studies at FIC.

All applications will be reviewed by the FIC scholarship committee within an approximate timeline of 5 business days. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to an interview to confirm their eligibility and discuss their application.

Value

The scholarship award can be up to the equivalent of $5000 CAD.

Applicants will automatically be considered for all available scholarship amounts:

• $5000 CAD
• $4000 CAD
• $3000 CAD
• $2000 CAD

Eligibility
Applicants must:

• Be a new student commencing an eligible FIC program in 2027.
• Hold a valid offer of admission from FIC.
• Submit a complete scholarship application before the published deadline.

Conditions

• The scholarship has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another student or institution.
• The scholarship will be applied as a tuition credit to the recipient's FIC account.
• Scholarship amounts will be split into two equal amounts and will be applied after week 4 of the 2nd semester of studies and after week 4 of the 3rd semester of studies.
• Recipients must remain enrolled as full-time students and meet all applicable scholarship conditions to receive each portion.
• Successful applicants must accept the scholarship offer and pay the minimum deposit within 14 calendar days of the scholarship letter's issue date. Scholarships that are not accepted within the stated period will automatically expire.
