To be eligible for this award, applicants must have applied to study and received an offer for an eligible Master's programme starting in Autumn 2026 and completed the Sanctuary Scholarship application form by the deadline of 11:59pm (UK time) on Friday 24 April 2026, and fall into one of the following immigration status groups: a refugee (granted refugee status in the UK or another country), a person granted humanitarian protection or another form of protective leave to remain in the UK (including the Ukrainian Family Scheme, Ukraine Extension Scheme, or Ukrainian Sponsorship Scheme visa), or an asylum seeker who has made a claim for refugee status within the UK eligible courses include one-year full-time or two-year part-time Master's programmes in Imperial Business School, the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Natural Sciences, and the Centre for Culture, Languages and Communication, while online or distance learning courses, Imperial Business School MBA programmes, and the MA/MSc Innovation Design Engineering in the Dyson School of Design Engineering are not eligible.
