- Applicants must be citizens and residents of China or Bangladesh
- Applicants must be holding an offer of a place for postgraduate study for 2026 entry
- This award is available only to postgraduate applicants who are liable to pay tuition fees at the international fee rate
- Successful applicants must accept the scholarship and pay the tuition fee deposit by the deadline stated in the award letter
