Selection criteria:
- Paper abstract and full papers submission will be reviewed and selected by the conference committee for presentation at the conference
- Winners will be selected based on their presentation at each session based on the quality of the paper, presentation and question answering during the conference
- Grand prize winner will be selected and announced during the conference.
Nominations will be reviewed by the selection committee within the Department of Anthropology, Economics and Political Science.
Typically given out in the Winter term.

Criteria
To be considered for this award, students must:
- Submit their paper abstracts and full paper to the Department of Anthropology, Economics and Political Science at MacEwan University
- Submit paper abstract/full papers that are conference themed (varies every year)
- Conference themes will vary each year and can be between 4-6 different themes
- Present their selected paper abstract and full paper at the Transdisciplinary Undergraduate Conference for panel evaluation.
Disbursement Criteria
The recipient of these awards does not necessarily need to be enrolled at MacEwan University.
