The ASEAN STEM Scholarship is awarded to recognise academic excellence for international students. This is a highly competitive scholarship based on academic merit and is awarded to talented students intending to pursue a Bachelor's or Master's coursework degree in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Macquarie University. This scholarship provides AUD $5,000 applied towards your tuition fee. This is a very limited scholarship, so we encourage you to accept your offer and scholarship early to avoid disappointment.

Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of an ASEAN country
- Hold a full offer for an undergraduate or postgraduate course in the Faculty of Science and Engineering
- Achieve a minimum WAM equivalent of 65 for postgraduate applications or a minimum ATAR equivalent of 85 for undergraduate applications
- Commence study in the session and year indicated in your scholarship letter of offer
