When selecting our recipient, we will consider your academic merit and the benefit of this award to your studies.

Include the following with your application:

• Your academic transcripts for any tertiary study completed outside of Massey University.
• A statement, on how receiving this scholarship would benefit you and your study, and how you believe you meet the intentions of this award. You should comment on your academic background in poultry husbandry and how your career plans include the poultry industry.

The Les Batkin Bursary financially supports students specialising in poultry husbandry.

Who we're looking for

This scholarship is open to both international and domestic students.

What you'll be studying

This is an agricultural scholarship. You will be enrolled in a postgraduate degree, a postgraduate diploma, or the final year of an undergraduate degree with a focus on poultry husbandry.

Eligibility criteria

You will be specialising in poultry husbandry.
