This scholarship aims to increase the numbers of future real estate professionals who have a demonstrated commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the real estate profession. The scholarship is open to all interested students inclusive of all identities and backgrounds. James and Marjorie Kuhn generously pledged $1 million to endow this program. Candidates of any background, race, ethnicity, or national origin who have a graduation date later than the fall semester are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
