The British Marshall Scholarships will finance two years of postgraduate and occasionally, undergraduate study in the UK.
The scholarships cover:
- fares to and from the United States
- university tuition fees
- cost of living expenses
- book, thesis, research and daily travel allowances
- and where applicable, a contribution towards the support of a dependent spouse.
You may be eligible to apply for one of 40 competitive awards if you meet the following criteria:
- you are a United States citizen (at the time you take up your Scholarship)
- hold a first degree from an accredited four-year college or university in the United States with a minimum GPA of 3.7
- are aged under 26
NB: If you are already studying for or hold a British degree or degree-equivalent qualification, you will not eligible to apply for a Marshall Scholarship.
