Cobham-Ultra UK Scholarships for Postgraduate Applicants

To be eligible for a Cobham-Ultra Scholarship you must:

• Be a UK/Home applicant with 'Home' fee status - This includes students domiciled in Jersey, Guernsey, The Channel Islands, Ireland and Isle of Man
• Have applied to study on one of the eligible Full-Time one year* programmes, commencing September 2026 at the Newcastle Upon Tyne campus
• Meet the terms and conditions and accepted your offer
• Be a self-funded student - ie not have fees which are paid in full or in part through a sponsorship arrangement (employer funded)

You must also meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You are a woman
• You live in a neighbourhood with a low progression rate to Higher Education. Please use your main home address and not your term time address and use the Postcode Checker to check your neighbourhood progression rate**
• You are an Estranged/Young Adult Carer
• You are from a Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) background
