• Cumulative, U.S. equivalent 3.25 grade point average (GPA)
• Newly admitted (never previously enrolled at ODU)
• Pursue an initial Bachelor's degree
• Valid non-immigrant visa status
• Ineligible for Virginia in-state tuition rates
• ISS covers only degree seeking courses

Renewal

• Renewable for up to four years (eight semesters)
• Full-time enrollment (at least 12 credit hours for both the Fall and Spring terms)
• Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.25
