Global Excellence Scholarship - Postgraduate Taught - SSE, SBM & SEF

Queen Mary University of London is delighted to offer Global Excellence Scholarships worth £7,000 for high achieving postgraduate taught offer holders joining us in September 2026/27. The Scholarship is available to all international students with an offer for an eligible postgraduate taught programme, who meet the following criteria:

• Achieve a minimum Honours degree of a UK first class bachelor's degree or an overseas equivalent degree.
• Hold an offer for an eligible postgraduate taught programme for September 2026/27**
• Have overseas fee status
• This scholarship will be applied automatically to students who meet the requirements above. The scholarship will be deducted from a recipient's tuition fees when they enrol at Queen Mary.

• MSc Economics (Master's Apprenticeship Programme) (Sep start) 
• MSc DL VM Economics (Master's Apprenticeship Programme) (Sep start) 
• Distance learning programmes 
• MRes programmes 
• Pre-masters programmes (standalone and integrated) 
• PG Diploma & PG Certificate programmes 
• MSc Finance with a Year in Industry*
• MSc Financial Technology (FinTech) with a year in Industry*

*Students applying for an MSc with a Year in Industry will be offered an exclusive £7,000 Year in Industry Scholarship, recognising the unique opportunity to combine a Queen Mary MSc with a year of professional experience.
