- The bursary is only available to students who have applied from outside Australia
- You must have an ELICOS + RMIT Foundation Studies + RMIT award course package offer.
- The 10% ELICOS bursary will be applied to your English for Academic Purposes tuition fees for a study period in January - December 2026.
- The bursary is available to citizens of Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong SAR, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan.
If you plan to study an English language pathway to an RMIT Foundation Studies course in 2026, you may qualify for our English Pathway to Foundation Studies Pathway Bursary.
Students studying an English Language pathway to an RMIT Foundation Studies Course in 2026 may be eligible to receive a 10% bursary on their English language course.
The English to Foundation Studies Pathway Bursary is available to offshore students from the following regions.
- China, Hong Kong SAR
- South-East Asia (Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia)
- North Asia (Taiwan, Japan and South Korea)
- Choose an eligible course - Choose an eligible course to study at RMIT which you can package with EAP/and or Foundation Studies.
- Submit your application - Submit an application to study at RMIT and indicate in the application form that you would like to package EAP/and or Foundation Studies.
- After your application - If you are successful, you will receive an offer letter with the bursary details outlined.
