Access to Central Bursary for new UK Year 1 Undergraduates

Selection criteria:

You do not need to apply for this award. If your household income is under £35,000 (as assessed by Student Finance England, Student Finance Wales, Student Finance Northern Ireland, or Student Award Agency Scotland) and you apply for a UK-resident student maintenance loan, you will be automatically awarded this bursary.

Your household income must be confirmed by 01 November for the applicable academic year. Central will confirm check your household income assessment.

You will still be able to apply for other bursaries and scholarships. However, if awarded a bursary or scholarship of a higher monetary value, you will need to resign the Access to Central Bursary in order to receive the higher value award.
