This scholarship provides a fortnightly stipend with a rate of $39,500 per year (2026 pro-rata full-time rate) for up to 3.5 years. The stipend may be indexed annually and includes limited paid sick, parenting and partner leave.
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
Have received an offer for the Doctor of Philosophy – Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences commencing in the year for which the scholarship is awarded
Be undertaking a research project within the Department of Biochemistry and Pharmacology in the discipline of Biochemistry.
Students are automatically considered, if they have applied for admission for commencement in the award year.
