In making its recommendation, the committee will consider: a. academic achievement, as indicated by quality of achievement at NCEA Level 2 and 3, or in equivalent university entrance qualifications and b. demonstrated commitment to, and interest in, the BForSc degree programme
The purpose of this scholarship is to recognise and support high-achieving students entering their first year of the Bachelor of Forestry Science (BForSc) degree programme at the University of Canterbury.
Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: The scholarship is tenable during full-time enrolment in a Bachelor of Forestry Science (BForSc) degree programme at the University of Canterbury
Tenure: One year
Special Requirements: Must be completing/have completed a university entrance qualification at secondary level in New Zealand in the year of application (or, in the case of a gap year, in the year immediately prior). International students who meet these requirements are eligible to apply
