International Schools and Colleges Scholarship

If you're an international undergraduate student who has attended one of the schools or colleges detailed in the terms and conditions below, you could be eligible for a 20% discount on your tuition fees for each year of your studies (max 3 years). The scholarship is awarded as a partial tuition fee waiver and is available for students on undergraduate courses only.

Eligibility

• These scholarships are restricted to students who are overseas fee payers and are entirely self-funded*.
• Applicants must register for the first year (Year 1) of a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of Essex in October 2025-26.
• Applicants must be progressing directly from their studies at one of the above International Schools / Colleges to year 1 of an undergraduate course at the University of Essex.
• Applicants must have attended one of the Schools and Colleges.
• The award cannot be held in conjunction with any other University of Essex scholarships.
• Successful applicants should be available for promotional activities.
