Selection criteria:
Students who complete their pathway programme (International Foundation Year, International Year One or Pre-Master's) and achieve the required grades, will be awarded a scholarship upon progression to the University of Huddersfield.
- Undergraduate - £4,000 AAB UK A-level equivalent (International Study Centre students need to achieve 69.5% and above)
- Undergraduate - £2,000 General entry requirements (International Study Centre students need to achieve 50% - 69%)
- Postgraduate taught - £4,000 First (Hons) equivalent
- Postgraduate taught - £2,000 Lower Second 2.2 (Hons) equivalent
The scholarship is awarded each academic year of your course, except for placement years.
Am I eligible for the progression scholarship?
Please note the following criteria:
- Self-funded applicants only, this means you are not receiving any funding for your studies
- Be an international fee-paying student
- For postgraduate, you must have achieved a minimum 2.2 or equivalent in your undergraduate degree and must meet the English and academic entry requirements for your course
- Postgraduate taught programmes only (not available for Masters by Research/Masters with Placement/PhD/Doctorates)
- Not available for placement components
- Applicants with refugee, asylum-seeker status or indefinite leave to remain in the UK are not eligible.
You will not need to apply for the scholarship.
