- Full official School and/or University Undergraduate transcripts detailing academic career to date (predicted grades or incomplete qualifications cannot be accepted)
- Full certificates of any public examination results and/or university results if applicable
- Certificates and details of any academic prizes
- Any other academic achievements

All candidates must:
- Have accepted an unconditional or firmly accepted a conditional offer from the Kent and Medway Medical School
- Demonstrate academic excellence achieved at either school or University

This scholarship is open to Kent & Medway Medical School (KMMS) applicants only. The Christopher and Henry Oldfield Trust wish to contribute to the Kent & Medway Medical School (KMMS) by supporting a student on the basis of high academic achievement. Excellence at both School and University level will be recognised. The primary metric used will be A level performance, relative to the average A level attainment of the school that the applicant attended, although post A level achievements at University can also be considered. The award is designed to cover the full academic fees at the home rate for the Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (BM BS) programme for 4 years.
This scholarship has been generously awarded to support one KMMS student with their tuition fees for 4 years, after which the NHS Bursary becomes available to cover the remaining fees.
