Selection Criteria for September 2025 and January 2026 Entry:
In order to be eligible to receive the South Asia Scholarship prospective students must meet the following criteria:
- Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka.
- Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2025 or January 2026.
Selection Criteria for September 2026 and January 2027 Entry:
In order to be eligible to receive the South Asia Scholarship prospective students must meet the following criteria:
- Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka.
- Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2026 or January 2027.
A £3,000 or £5,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
a) Completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or
b) Completed a Pre-Master's degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master's degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
A £1,000 or £3,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
a) Completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:2 classification or
b) Completed a Pre-Master's degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master's degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
