Postgraduate Global Advancement Scholarships - Country

This scholarship is based on your nationality and offers generous tuition fee discounts to eligible, new international students.

Please note that this scholarship is only available for master's courses starting in January 2026.

To receive this scholarship, you'll need to:

• Be joining an eligible master's course, including MRes programmes, from January 2026
• Be studying on campus in Liverpool
• Be paying the tuition fees for the course yourself at the international rate
• Accept your offer of a place and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline indicated in your offer letter.

We won't be able to offer you this scholarship if you:

• Studied at University of Liverpool International College, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), or completed your undergraduate degree at the University of Liverpool. If you've studied with us before, including as a Study Abroad, Exchange or XJTLU student, you could be eligible to receive a tuition fee discount through our University of Liverpool Graduate Loyalty Advancement Scholarship
• Will be studying online
• Are having your fees paid by a sponsor, such as a government, commercial organisation or employer, on your behalf
• Are joining a PGCert, Professional Doctorate (including DDSc awards), MPhil, MArch or PhD.

If you have applied for or intend to study part time, any tuition fee discount you're eligible to receive will be applied at a pro-rata rate over the duration of your course. For example, if you intend to study over two years, you'll receive 50% of the tuition fee discount in each year.

The following countries is also eligible for scholarship: Kingdom of Eswatini, Saint Lucia, Cyprus, Samoa.
