St Andrews Gateway to Medicine Scholarship

You must have applied to the Gateway to Medicine programme at the University of St Andrews.

Selection is based on financial need and donor-specific criteria.

As part of the application, you will be asked to upload the following document:

Household Income: Evidence of the total household income as stated in your scholarship application.

Please refer to the Financial Funding Tool for advice on how to calculate your household income and the types of supporting evidence we require you to upload.

If you are care experienced and unable to provide household evidence, please upload a document that states this. You do not need to upload evidence of your care experience, if this has already been provided to Admissions.

If you are an asylum seeker and are unable to provide household evidence, please upload evidence confirming your official Home Office Status.

You must apply to us for funding, giving complete and accurate information before the deadline late applications will not be considered.

Where evidence is not available please provide bank statements or electronic statements of the last three months to show receipt of income. Preferably in PDF format and in English.

It is extremely important that you give complete and accurate information when you apply to the University for funding.
