Postgraduate Tuition Fee Offer

The UWS Postgraduate Tuition Fee Offer is for UWS Alumni or UWS undergraduate students in their final year of study, who wish to progress to full-time postgraduate study at UWS. This includes taught postgraduate (MA, MSc, MProf) studies or research (MRes / MPhil / PhD) studies.

UWS Students wishing to progress from a Postgraduate Taught to a full-time Postgraduate Research Degree are eligible for a 20% discount in their first year or their first three years of a PhD course.

UWS Alumni

If you're a former UWS student, you are automatically a member of our Alumni Association and may be eligible for a 20% discount on the first year of postgraduate degree tuition fees* or the first three years of PhD tuition fees.

Conditions:

• Applies to self-funding students.
• The offer applies to full-time taught master's courses and programmes or research only it does not apply to PGDE, MEng, Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) or Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) courses.
• Only applies to full-time study at one of our Scottish campuses.
• This discount cannot be combined with any other tuition fee discount or scholarship.
• To qualify, students are required to have studied at UWS or a previous higher education institution which is now part of UWS, for at least one year and meet the master's degree entry requirements.
• Note: Self-funded students include those who are currently funding their own studies as well as those students who are currently funded through the Student Awards Agency Scotland (SAAS).
