These non-repayable scholarships provide a £6,520 contribution towards tuition fees for Home fee-paying students on Chemistry taught MSc programmes.
Awards are made on the basis of academic excellence. Assessment criteria include degree results (obtained or predicted), referee support, any relevant publications or presentations, and the motivation demonstrated in your personal statement.
These scholarships are available only to applicants eligible for Home fees, and the award is conditional upon enrolment on the course.
Up to five scholarships are available for 2026/27 entry.
Eligibility: Chemistry Taught MSc applicants eligible for Home fees status (see more information here). Please note that students applying to our Global Decarbonisation and Climate Change MSc courses are not eligible for this scheme. Such students may instead apply for the STEM Connect Scholarshipwhich is designed specifically for those programmes.
