Dr. E Palmer Patterson II Graduate Scholarship in Indigenous Histories

Interested students should submit a letter between 500 – 750 words demonstrating their interest in and engagement with Indigenous Studies by a deadline announced by the Department of History.

Eligibility & selection criteria:

• Full-time graduate students registered in a master's or doctoral program in the Department of History in the Faculty of Arts
• Students will be studying or researching topics related to the histories of the Indigenous Peoples of Canada
• Selection to be based on academic achievement (minimum 80% cumulative average over the last two full-time academic years) and a demonstrated interest in Indigenous histories
• Interested students should submit a letter between 500 – 750 words demonstrating their interest in and engagement with Indigenous Studies by a deadline announced by the Department of History
• Department of History's Graduate Studies committee will select recipients each Winter term.
