Country Scholarship

Students who meet the citizenship requirements at the time of application will automatically receive the UOW Country scholarship when they choose to study a coursework degree at the University of Wollongong commencing in 2026 and beyond.

Students must not be receiving any other scholarship, sponsorship, bursary or discount (excluding stipend scholarships) for the same course.

Students who transfer courses will no longer be eligible for the scholarship

Enrolment requirements

UOW Undergraduate or Postgraduate (Coursework) degree at an Australian campus

• Bachelor of Education (Primary, Secondary, Early Years)
• Bachelor of Social Work
• Bachelor of Psychological Science
• Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours)
• Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)
• Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)
• Master of Psychology (Clinical)
• Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology
• Master of Teaching (Primary and Secondary)
• Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
• Master of Social Work (Qualifying)
• Doctor of Medicine
