Selection

If successful, your scholarship offer will be outlined in your offer of admission letter.

Selection will be based on academic achievement in a completed Year 12 qualification or equivalent recognised by Western Sydney University for admission.

Value

The Sydney City Campus is offering AUD $6,000 and AUD $3,000 multi-year scholarships to new commencing international students enrolling in undergraduate degree programs for 2026*.

• AUD $6,000 per year. Up to three years maximum, to the value of AUD $18,000 or
• AUD $3,000 per year. Up to three years maximum, to the value of AUD $9,000.

All successful applicants will receive a minimum scholarship valued at AUD $3,000. The AUD $6,000 value will be awarded dependent on your level of academic achievement in previous studies.

Courses

This applies to any undergraduate degree available to study at the Sydney City Campus.

Applicants must:

• be an international student and not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia. If your visa status changes to one of these during the study period, the scholarship will discontinue.
• commence a new course of study in 2026 at Western Sydney University, Sydney City Campus for the first time.
• be studying in a CRICOS registered undergraduate degree program.
• satisfy the academic eligibility requirements for either the AUD $6,000 or AUD $3,000 multi-year scholarship.
• satisfy all other admission requirements and accept their admission offer.
