Renewable Entrance Scholarships

The entrance scholarship is valued at $5,000 to $6,000 CAD and is renewable at these same amounts in your upper years as an in-course scholarship. See how this renewable scholarship can add up over your years at Laurier:

95-100% and maintain a GPA of 10.5 - Year 1 Entrance Amount: $6,000 Year 2 to 4
In-Course Amount: $6,000 (x3)

<95% and maintain a GPA of 7.0 - Year 1 Entrance Amount: $5,000 Year 2 to 4
In-Course Amount: $5,000 (x3)

This scholarship is the President's Gold Scholarship. Students who receive the President's Gold Scholarship in their first year but do not meet the requirements to renew the scholarship in their upper years will be eligible for the $5,000 CAD in-course scholarship.
